Small batches of fresh Cauliflower are ground, mixed with grated Asiago cheese, and then blended perfectly with fresh eggs to create a "straight-from-Italy" taste. It can be enjoyed on its own, with fresh veggies, but most commonly as a delicious gluten free pizza.
