1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball
1 cup deli corn beef, finely chopped
8 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1 tsp caraway seeds
1/8 cup thousand island dressing
1 cup shredded swiss cheese

Cook time: 20min. + extra time to cool
Yield: 12 rolls
Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter. For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use. For tips and tricks, visit the FAQ section.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out dough into a large narrow strip. 16 x 7in.
Combine sauerkraut, swiss cheese, corned beef, and dressing. Mix well. Spread mixture over the dough, to within 1in. of edge. Roll dough up over the filling, jelly roll style. Pinch to seal the edge. Brush dough with water. Sprinkle caraway seeds on top.
Slice dough into 8 slices. Place in an oven proof skillet. Let rest for 20 minutes, then bake for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
