Ingredients
1 Feel Good Dough Doughball -or- 1 package of Pizza Dough mix (made and cut in half)
1 Granny Smith Apple
6 cremini or portabella mushrooms, sliced
5 fresh sage leaves, chopped
Smoked Paprika
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Prep time: 30sec.
Cook time: 20min. + extra time to cool
Yield: 2-3 servings
Method

If using doughball, thaw overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter. For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use. For tips and tricks, visit the FAQ section.​

If using dough mix, prepare according to package instructions. Use half of the dough for this recipe.

Preheat oven to 425F.​

Stretch dough onto a pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread a little olive oil on top.

Peel the apple and slice thin with a pearing knife or mandolin. Slice mushrooms thin.

Layer apples and mushrooms over pizza. Sprinkle with paprika. Slice sage over pizza. Sprinkle salt and pepper over pizza.​

Bake at 425F, for 12 minutes.
