Artichoke Pizza



1 Feel Good Dough Italian Herb Doughball

2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 jar artichoke hearts, drained

1 small red pepper, chopped

1 cup spinach

2 Tbsp olive oil


  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter. 

  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Stretch dough into desired shape for the pizza.


  • Layer spinach, cheese, artichokes and peppers. Drizzle with olive oil.


  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.  Look for the cheese to melt and start to turn brown.

  • Serve hot.
