3-Cheese Bacon Pizza

1 Feel Good Dough Italian Herb Doughball

3 oz pizza sauce

2 oz of grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3-4 slices soft-cooked bacon, chopped

1 small can black olives

1/2 cup spinach, shredded


  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For quicker thawing, place bagged dough in a bowl of warm water.

  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Stretch dough into desired shape for the pizza.


  • Layer sauce, cheeses, chopped bacon, and olives.


  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.  Look for the cheese to melt and start to curl brown.

  • Add shredded spinach and serve.
