Veggie Supreme Pizza

Ingredients

1 Feel Good Dough Doughball -or- 1 package Pizza Dough mix (made and cut in half)

3 oz pizza sauce

1/2 tsp Italian Herbs

2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tomatoes, sliced

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 cup banana pepper rings

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Method

  • If using doughball, thaw overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use. For tips and tricks, visit our FAQ​ section.​

  • If using dough mix, prepare according to package instructions. Use half of the dough for this recipe.

  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Stretch dough into desired shape for the pizza.

  • Layer sauce, sprinkle italian seasoning evenly, then top with cheese, and vegetables.

  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.  Look for the cheese to melt and start to turn brown.

  • Serve hot.
