Wood fired pizza

Ingredients

Prep time: 15min.
Cook time: 4 minutes

 

1 Feel Good Dough doughball -or- 1 package of Pizza Dough mix (made and cut in half)

Toppings of choice

Sauce of choice

Cheese of choice

Method

  • ​If using doughball, thaw overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use.  For tips and tricks, visit the FAQ section. 

  • If using dough mix, prepare according to package instructions. Use half of the dough for this recipe.

  • Prepare wood oven according to manufacturer directions​

  • Prepare dough by stretching on a lightly floured hard surface.  â€‹

  • Place pizza crust  on top of  a stone oven pizza peel.  Top pizza dough with sauce, cheese and toppings.​

  • Place in oven, remove peel.  Turn in 2 minutes.  Be careful you are not in direct wood burning heat.  This will burn your pizza.

  • Bake another 2 minutes or until desired look.​

  • Remove from oven, cut and serve.
