Apple Peanut Butter Pizza
1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball
1-2 Sweet Red Apples
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup softened cream cheese
1/4 Cup brown sugar
Pecans to top
Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter. For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Stretch dough onto a pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until dough begins to brown. Let the crust cool.
Slice the apple into circles and cut out the core. Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, and brown sugar together. Top the pizza crust with the peanut butter mixture and layer apples over the top.
Sprinkle pecans over the pizza and serve.
Tip: keep your apples looking great by soaking them in salt water until you're ready to use them.
