Healthy Pizza Recipe :
Whole Wheat, Oil-Free Balsamic Roasted Tomato Pizza
1 Feel Good Dough Oil-Free Whole Grain Doughball (store locations)
1 pkg grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 - 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup spinach, shredded
1 avocado, sliced
Prep time: 20 min.
Cook time: 5-6 min. for tomatoes + 14 min. for pizza
Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for 20 minutes in a bowl of warm water. For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Layer tomatoes on a baking pan and cover with balsamic vinegar. Bake 3 minutes at a time, turning to roast evenly. Remove from oven after 6 minutes.
Stretch dough and place on a baking sheet. Layer tomatoes and balsamic liquid from roasting evenly over the dough and bake for 14 minutes, turning halfway through baking.
After baking, add shredded spinach and avocado to garnish.
