Buffalo Chicken Bites

1 Feel Good Dough Classic Original Doughball

1/2-1 Cup Buffalo Sauce

1- 1.5 Cup Shredded Chicken (cooked)

Ranch or Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce



  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  

  • Stretch your Feel Good Dough into a large rectangular shape. Let it rest 5 minutes.

  • Mix shredded chicken and buffalo sauce together thoroughly. Tip: use less sauce so that you can seal the bites easier.

  • Place your chicken mixture in dollops on the stretched dough, leaving enough room to cut the dough into squares that will wrap around the filling. Take care to not let sauce run or the dough won't seal.


  • Cut the dough with a pizza cutter. Starting with one square, stretch the dough around your filling item. Carefully pinch it closed and place on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper seam-side down. Repeat for other bites.

  • Bake the bites at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. 

  • Place bites on a serving tray with your favorite dipping sauce. Serve!
