Easy Pretzels and Bites



1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball

1/3 cup baking soda 

Pot of boiling water ( ( 2 quarts)

Prep time: 15 min

Cook time: 1 min. boiling + 7 min. baking


  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For fast thawing, thaw bagged in a bowl of warm water.

  • Cut doughball into 4 pieces.  Take each piece and roll on table into a snake shape about 15-18" long.

  • Wrap each snake like a pretzel or cut into 3/4-1 inch bites.


  • Boil a large pot of water with 1/3 cup baking soda in it. This will give your pretzel flavor.

  • Boil each pretzel or group of bites for 1 minute, turning at 30 seconds. Add to a greased sheet pan. (optional: brush with an egg wash and salt the tops of your pretzels)

  • Bake at 425 for 12 minutes  for large pretzels  4 minutes for bites or until golden brown.

  • Let cool, and serve with your favorite sauce.
