Garlic and Chive Rolls


1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball

2 Tbsp butter or olive oil

3 Cloves garlic, chopped

8-12 Chives, chopped


  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for a few hours on the counter.  For best results, get the dough ball to room temperature before use. 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Roll out dough into a rectangle about 9x11 in.

  • Melt butter and drizzle over the rectangle lightly. Sprinkle garlic and half of chives over the butter. Starting at one long end of the rectangle, roll the dough into a log and pinch the bottom long end to the roll to keep it together.

  • Slice roll into 8-10 pieces.  Place in an oven proof skillet or on a pan with parchment paper.  Let rest for 20 minutes, then bake for 10-12 minutes.  Sprinkle with remaining chives to garnish. Let stand for 5 minutes to cool and serve.
