Garlic and Chive Rolls
Ingredients
1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball
2 Tbsp butter or olive oil
3 Cloves garlic, chopped
8-12 Chives, chopped

Method

Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for a few hours on the counter. For best results, get the dough ball to room temperature before use.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Roll out dough into a rectangle about 9x11 in.

Melt butter and drizzle over the rectangle lightly. Sprinkle garlic and half of chives over the butter. Starting at one long end of the rectangle, roll the dough into a log and pinch the bottom long end to the roll to keep it together.

Slice roll into 8-10 pieces. Place in an oven proof skillet or on a pan with parchment paper. Let rest for 20 minutes, then bake for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining chives to garnish. Let stand for 5 minutes to cool and serve.
