1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball
1 cup kalamata olives, chopped fine
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for a few hours on the counter. For best results, get the dough ball to room temperature before use.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out dough into a rectangle about 9x11 in.
Layer kalamata olives and mozzarella cheese evenly across dough, leaving 1 inch uncovered on one of the long ends. Roll the dough into a spiral roll ending with the long end that was uncovered and pinch together.
Slice dough into 8-10 slices. Place in an oven proof skillet. Let rest for 20 minutes, then bake for 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes to cool and serve.
