Pesto, Spinach and Tomato Pizza

1 Feel Good Dough Italian Herb Doughball

3 oz pesto sauce

2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tomato, sliced

2 cups spinach


  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  

  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Stretch dough into desired shape for the pizza.


  • Layer pesto sauce, cheese, and spinach.


  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.  Look for the cheese to melt and start to turn brown. 

  • Add fresh-sliced tomatoes and serve hot.
