Pesto, Spinach and Tomato Pizza
1 Feel Good Dough Italian Herb Doughball
3 oz pesto sauce
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tomato, sliced
2 cups spinach
Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Stretch dough into desired shape for the pizza.
Layer pesto sauce, cheese, and spinach.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Look for the cheese to melt and start to turn brown.
Add fresh-sliced tomatoes and serve hot.
