Pesto, Spinach and Tomato Pizza

Ingredients

1 Feel Good Dough Doughball -or- 1 package Pizza Dough Mix (made and cut in half)

3 oz pesto sauce

2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tomato, sliced

2 cups spinach

Method

  • If using doughball, thaw overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use. For tips and tricks, visit our FAQ section.​

  • If using dough mix, prepare according to package instructions. Use half of the dough for this recipe.

  • Preheat oven to 425F.​

  • Stretch dough into desired shape for the pizza.

  • Layer pesto sauce, cheese, and spinach.

  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.  Look for the cheese to melt and start to turn brown. ​

  • Add fresh-sliced tomatoes and serve hot.
