Pizza Skewers

Ingredients

1 Feel Good Dough Italian Herb Doughball

Cherry Tomatoes
Miniature Portabella Mushrooms, washed

Green Bell Pepper, in large chunks

Red Bell Pepper, in chunks

Red or Yellow Onion, in chunks

Mozzarella Cheese (optional)

Marinara Sauce (optional)

Skewers

Method

  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Divide dough into small strips.

  • Skewer one end of a dough strip and build kebab with your vegetables, skewering dough between them.

  • Bake the skewers on parchment paper on a cookie sheet for 7-10 minutes, until dough begins to brown.

  • (Optional) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of skewer and melt for an additional 2-3 minutes in the oven.

  • Serve with marinara sauce or plain.
