5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use.  For tips and tricks, visit the FAQ section.  If using dry mix, mix according to directions.  Remove half of the dough and freeze or save the remainder for a later use.

  • Cut doughball into 16 pieces.  Take each piece and roll on table to make smooth.

  • Take 2 cake pans, place 8 rolls in each.

  • To make Rosemary rolls, drizzle olive oil on top of the rolls.  Sprinkle rosemary over the rolls.  Let rest for 10-15 minutes.

  • Bake at 400 for 7 minutes, until golden.

  • Let cool, and serve.
