Vegetarian Reuben Pizza

1 Feel Good Dough Classic Original Doughball (store locations)

1 C shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise

1-1 1/2 C cabbage slaw mixture without dressing

dill pickles, chopped

1/2 tsp sugar

1 Tbsp salt

1 Tbsp pepper

2 Tbsp vinegar


  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  

  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Stretch dough into desired shape for the pizza. Top with mozzarella and bake for 10 minutes until browned.


  • While baking, saute cabbage slaw, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar until slightly cooked but still retains crunch and texture.


  • Mix mayonnaise and chopped pickles together.

  • When crust is fully baked layer mayo mixture, cabbage mixture and additional pickles. Cut and serve immediately.
