Vegetarian Reuben Pizza
1 Feel Good Dough Classic Original Doughball (store locations)
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1-1 1/2 C cabbage slaw mixture without dressing
dill pickles, chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
2 Tbsp vinegar
Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Stretch dough into desired shape for the pizza. Top with mozzarella and bake for 10 minutes until browned.
While baking, saute cabbage slaw, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar until slightly cooked but still retains crunch and texture.
Mix mayonnaise and chopped pickles together.
When crust is fully baked layer mayo mixture, cabbage mixture and additional pickles. Cut and serve immediately.
