Ingredients
1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball
3/4lb. ground beef, divided into 10 pieces
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp butter
4 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed into 10 small pieces
Oil for frying
Medium skillet
Additional optional burger sauces
Prep time: 35min.
Cook time: 20min., plus extra time to cool
Yield: 10 servings
Method

Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter. For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use. For tips and tricks, visit the FAQ section.

Cut into 10 pieces.

Finely chop onions. Cook onions in frying pan with butter on medium heat, until lightly browned.

On a cutting board, flatten a piece of dough. In the middle, place onion and a cube of cheese. Place a scoop of ground beef over the cheese. Seal the dough. Repeat for all pieces.

Fill a skillet with 3 in. of oil. Over medium heat, heat oil until hot.

Fry the burger bites in oil, turning once. Brown both sides, approximately 4 minutes on each side.

Remove from skillet with tongs, and place on paper towel to absorb any excess oil. Serve with your favorite burger sauce.
