Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.
Divide dough into small 1.5" pieces to make the petals.
Overlap petals 4 or 5 at a time, roll, and then twist together at the bottom to form a rose shape.
Bake at 425 F for 9-12 minutes. Thicker petal roses will take longer.
As soon as the chocolate roses are out of the oven, sprinkle them with colorful sprinkles.
Dip roses in chocolate, fruit spreads or just enjoy!
