Cinnamon Bread


1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball

2 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp cinnamon

1/4 cup sugar

Prep time: 1 hour + bake time

Cook time: 30 min., plus extra time to cool


  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use.  For tips and tricks, visit the FAQ section.

  • In a small bowl, mix cinnamon with sugar


  • Place dough on a lightly floured counter.  Roll dough into a 6 x 20 in. rectangle with a rolling pin.  Spread butter evenly on top of the dough, and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mix on top of butter.

  • Roll bread into a log, pinching the seam to seal.


  • Grease a 8 x 8in. pan with butter.  Place loaf in pan seam side down.  Cover with a damp clean cloth, let rest for 1 hour in a warm, draft-free place.  Wait for dough to rise to the edge of the pan.

  • While waiting, preheat oven to 350F.  Bake bread for 30 minutes, or check until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees (with a baking thermometer).

  • Pull bread from oven, and let sit for 10 minutes on a raised baking rack.  Remove bread from pan, wrap and store in a plastic bag.
