Old World Pizza

Ingredients

Prep time: 5 min.
Cook time: 10-12 min. + extra time to cool
Yield: 6 slices

1 Feel Good Dough Organic Doughball -or- 1 package of Pizza Dough Mix (made and cut in half)

2 Tbsp olive oil

Fresh Mozzarella cheese

1/2 tsp Italian Herbs

2 Cups fresh pizza sauce

Handful basil finely shredded

​

Method

  • If using doughball, thaw overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use. For tips and tricks, visit our FAQ section.​

  • If using dough mix, prepare according to package instructions. Use half of the dough for this recipe.

  • Preheat oven to 425F.​

  • Stretch dough onto a pizza pan or baking sheet.

  • Layer fresh mozzarella over the dough.​

  • Sprinkle Italian Herbs evenly overtop the mozzarella.​

  • Bake at 425 for 10 minutes if thin-crust or 12 minutes if thicker.

  • Spoon sauce in circles on top of the pizza using a large ladle or piping bag. Add shredded basil.

  • Serve and enjoy!​
