1 package of Classic Original dough mix
1 1/4 cup water
1 pasta machine to make spaghetti or linguini
1 pot of salted water, boiling
In a mixing bowl, combine mix and yeast. Make a well in the center, and crack the eggs in. Add 1/4 cup of water at a time, mixing after each addition. Place dough on the table, and knead until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out onto a floured surface into a 12x15in. rectangle.
Slice dough into strips, 4x6in.
Prepare pasta machine for spaghetti or linguini. Adjust pasta machine according to pasta maker instructions.
Run the rolled out dough through the pasta machine. If you do not have a pasta machine, roll the dough thin with a rolling pin, and slice thin strips with a knife.
Boil salted water. Drop dough strips into the water, stirring occasionally so the pasta does not stick together. Boil for 3-4 minutes, and drain. Serve with your favorite sauce.
