Pizza Pockets

Ingredients

1 Feel Good Dough Classic, Italian, or Oil-Free Doughball

5 Tbsp pizza sauce

6oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

15 slices of pepperoni

Prep time: 10min.

Cook time: 7min. + extra time to cool

Yield: 5 rollups

Method

  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use.  For tips and tricks, visit the FAQ section. 

 

  • Pre-heat oven to 425F.

  • Flatten doughball slightly into a small rectangle.  Cut into 5 pieces.  Roll each piece into a 5 x 5inch square.

  • Down the middle of the rolled dough, spread pizza sauce.  Then sprinkle with cheese.  Layer on the pepperoni.

​

  • Starting at the top, fold dough over the filling.  Take one side, and fold over the dough.  Take the other side, and fold over.  Fold the bottom over the top, and pinch the edges together.

  • Bake at 425 degrees, for 7 minutes.  Serve warm, or at room temperature.

​

  • Serve warm, or cool and wrap and freeze for later.
