Ingredients

1 Feel Good Dough Classic Doughball

2tbs melted butter

Prep time: 5min.
Cook time: 7 minutes, plus 30. min cooling time
Yield: 12 rolls

Method

  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  For best results, get the doughball to room temperature before use.  For tips and tricks, visit the FAQ section..

 

  • Divide doughball into 12 pieces.

 

  • Roll each piece in to a ball, and slightly press down on each of them to flatten.  They should be 1in. high.

 

     Place doughballs on a greased baking sheet.  Let sit for 1- 2 hours covered

     with greased plastic wrap , until double in size.

  • Bake at 375 for 7 minutes.  Brush with melted butter, and let cool for 30 minutes.

 

  • Bag and freeze the rolls for later use, or use immediately.
