Focaccia BreaD


1 Feel Good Dough ORGANIC  dough mix

Water as directed on packaging

Prep time: 10min, plus time to rise. 2 hours
Cook time: 30min. + extra time to cool
Yield: 1 loaf

Find  Dry Mix online.


  • Place mix into a 4 quart bowl.  Open yeast packet and pour on the flour.  Add water 1/2 cup at a time, stirring after each addition.  You can add up to 1/2 -3/4 cup more water if needed.This dough should be wet and a bit loose.  Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a clean towel to keep dough moist -- let rest for 30 minutes before using.

  • Oil bottom of 9 inch cake pan with olive oil


  • Pour dough into cake pan . Spread to the sides of  oiled cake pan. 

  • Cover with a clean towel, and place in a warm area for 2 hours.  Take your finger tips and poke several holes on top of dough (dimples) 

  • Top with Kosher Salt, rosemary, zucchini, tomatoes or your favorite topping


  • Bake at 425. for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 190 degrees.  (A food thermometer is a great tool to have for bread, but not necessary)

  • Let stand for 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven.  Take out of the loaf pan, and let it cool.
