Wrapped Asparagus


1 Feel Good Dough Doughball

1 bunch fresh asparagus



  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  

  • Divide dough into small strips. Each asparagus only needs about 1/2 oz of dough.

  • Stretch each piece of dough into a long snake and wrap it around the asparagus from bottom to top. Place the wrapped asparagus on a nonstick sheet pan in a single layer. If desired, add oil or butter for additional flavor.

  • Bake in the oven at 400°F, for 7 minutes. 

  • Sprinkle salt to taste. Serve as a side or appetizer.
